With the time change on the horizon this weekend, it’s a good reminder to change your smoke and carbon monoxide alarm batteries and make sure they are working properly.
“Working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are one of the most effective ways of protecting you, and those you care about, from fire and the dangers of CO gas” said West Kelowna Fire Rescue Chief Jason Brolund.
