Bylaws

Bylaws and policies establish a governing framework and promote accountability, civic order, openness, and responsible leadership for our community.

Bylaws that are posted online may be in an original adopted form or a consolidated version and include amendments up to the date listed in the bylaw heading. 

While every effort is made to ensure that the bylaws posted on our website are up to date and the most accurate, the online versions are not the official or legal versions and must not be used in place of certified copies. The digital version may omit plans, pictures, graphics, or text that the legal version may contain.
