Accessible Parking Permits
How to apply
People who need an accessible parking pass can apply for a new permit or renew an existing one through Social Planning and Research Council of British Columbia (SPARC BC).
Once completing the application, applicants may choose to pay through SPARC BC, or the City of West Kelowna can assist you in making this payment to them.
New Parking Permits
Visit SPARC BC online to download the application form and obtain the physician's certification of need.
Once completed you can bring your completed and signed application form to West Kelowna City Hall, at 3731 Old Okanagan Highway, West Kelowna, B.C., V4T 0G7, and pay for the permit:
- Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- City Hall can accept debit, cheque or cash; we do not accept credit cards because the fees increase costs.

Renewed Parking Permits
Parking permits can be renewed online through SPARC BC.
