Was your waste not collected?

If you put your bins to the curb at the correct date and time, with the lid closed, and the collection was missed, please contact E360 Solutions at 250-868-3211.

Why might your collection have been missed?

Weather and roads can interfere with collection, or if the bin is so full that the lid does not shut, the automated trucks can not hoist the bin. If so, please put aside some of that overflowing material for the next collection.

Bills are mailed quarterly in January, April, July and October and are due before the 15th of the following month in February, May, August and November.
