Bulk Water Station

The West Kelowna Bulk Water Station is a subscription based service that provides water to residential and commercial customers.

Customers can apply to access the station via a code, which is provided after an application is submitted and approved.

  • Please complete the application and email the completed application or deliver in person to City Hall at 3731 Old Okanagan Highway, West Kelowna, BC, V4T 0G7.
  • Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • The bulk water rate is $1.57 per cubic metre.
  • Customers are also charged a one-time fee of $35.00 to set up an account and obtain an access code.
  • These fees are based on existing water rates for other customers in the City of West Kelowna and levies charged at similar facilities in BC.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • During Water Quality Advisories, Boil Water Notices and Do Not Consume Orders, the filling station can be accessed for free.

The station is located at the corner of Asquith Road and Shannon Lake Road.

Temporary Water Use Permit Application

The City of West Kelowna may consider the temporary use of fire hydrants or standpipes for bulk water access when the bulk water station is not a feasible option, outside of fire protection use. This is in accordance with the City's Water Regulation Bylaw.
