- The bulk water rate is $1.65 per cubic metre.
- Customers are also charged a one-time fee of $35.00 to set up an account and obtain an access code.
- Fees are based on existing water rates for other customers in the City of West Kelowna and levies charged at similar facilities in B.C.
- Rates are subject to change.
- During Water Quality Advisories, Boil Water Notices and Do Not Consume Orders, the filling station can be accessed for free.
Bulk Water Station
The Bulk Water Station provides customers with quick access to a large supply.
Residents who are not connected to municipal water and commercial operators or contractors can apply for a PIN to use the station:

Water comes from the Powers Creek Treatment Plant.
The City of West Kelowna may consider the temporary use of fire hydrants or standpipes for bulk water access when the bulk water station is not a feasible option, outside of fire protection use. This is in accordance with the City's Water Regulation Bylaw.
