Noxious Weeds Bylaw

What's new?

The City of West Kelowna has a new Noxious Weed Control Bylaw (No. 0345) to help manage noxious weeds and support healthy, well-maintained properties throughout the community.

The first year of this bylaw will stay focused on education and awareness and will not implement any tickets or penalties to property owners. Instead, information will be given about the new bylaw and about the weeds the bylaw addresses.
