About the plan

The 2026 to 2030 Financial Plan, which includes the 2026 Budget, incorporates careful consideration of public consultation, customer service requests and needs for services and infrastructure. To assist with affordability, some needs were deferred for consideration in future years to reduce the net budget increase for municipal taxes from 8.6 per cent to 6.638:
