The goal of the West Kelowna Bylaw Compliance & Enforcement Department is to encourage, and facilitate voluntary compliance of the City's regulatory bylaws that protect the peace, health and safety of our community.

Submit bylaw complaints online, by phone, via email, in person, or by letter.
- Please ensure that you include your name, address, telephone number and relationship to the property/person in question.
- Complaints will be assigned on a priority basis, with priority given to concerns that pose a serious risk to public safety.
- Anonymous complaints are not accepted. Personal information is collected, and protected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- If your complaint requires immediate attention due to a public safety, moving vehicle violations, suspicious circumstances, or possible criminal activity, please report it to the West Kelowna RCMP Non-Emergency line at 250-768-2880.
- If your complaint involves the keeping, control, or licensing of Dogs, please contact Regional District of Central Okanagan Dog Control at 250-469-6284.

Pay my Notice or Ticket
Municipal Information Tickets (MTI) and Bylaw Offence Notices (BON) can be paid in person, by mail/courier, and by drop box. Online payments are not accepted at this time.
Important Note
Whichever method you choose, please ensure payment is received by the deadline. Overdue penalties and fees may be referred to collections. Postmarks are not accepted as proof of payment date, and returned cheques are subject to an additional administration fees.

Dispute my Notice or Ticket
You have 14 calendar days upon receipt of the Bylaw Offence Notice or Municipal Ticket Information to file a dispute. If you do not request a dispute or adjudication within 14 days, you will not be able to dispute the allegation.

Important Notice:
The City of West Kelowna may remove a vehicle from municipal roadways when in contravention of the Traffic Bylaw No. 0092, 2009. You may reclaim your vehicle from Del Oro Towing, located at 2535 Juliann Road, West Kelowna, BC. Any vehicle removed or impounded may be recovered by the owner upon presenting proof of ownership, payment of all fees, costs and expenses for removal, and associated storage fees. Del Oro Towing office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM - Monday to Friday. To reclaim your vehicle on weekends or outside normal business hours, please call 250-769-2100 for assistance.
