The City of West Kelowna has a new Zoning Bylaw as part of our ongoing efforts to create an improved development application experience.
On July 27, 2022, Mayor and Council adopted Zoning Bylaw No. 0265; and, a 30-day transition period will take place, with Zoning Bylaw No. 0265 taking full effect on Aug. 25, 2022.
What do these changes mean?
The City has updated Zoning Bylaw No. 0265 with changes that will help reduce the challenges that builders, designers and the development community were experiencing, creating opportunities for applicants and staff to save time as they work together during the application process.
