Accessible Parking Permits

People who require the use of accessible parking stalls must apply for either a new permit or renew an existing one upon its expiry. The accessible parking permit program is administered through Social Planning and Research Council of British Columbia website (SPARC BC).

New Parking Permit

Visit the SPARC BC website to download the application form and obtain your physician's certification of need. You can pay for and obtain new permits by bringing your completed and signed application form and payment (cheque, cash or debit only; credit cards are not accepted) to City of West Kelowna City Hall, 3731 Old Okanagan Highway, West Kelowna, BC, V4T 0G7.
