Council adopted the 2026 to 2030 Financial Plan Bylaw at the March 24 public meeting in careful consideration of public consultation and deliberations and earlier readings in December and March, incorporating cuts to reduce the budget increase for municipal taxes to 6.638 per cent, from 8.6 per cent.
