| Missed Collections |

Was your waste not collected? Weather and roads can interfere with collection, or if the bin is so full that the lid does not shut, the automated trucks can not hoist the bin. If so, please put aside some of that overflowing material for the next collection. If you put your bins to the curb at the correct date and time, with the lid closed, and the collection was missed, please contact E360 Solutions at 250-868-3211. |
