The West Kelowna Bulk Water Station is a subscription based service that provides an affordable option to efficiently supply large volumes to residential and commercial customers.
- The station is supplied by the Powers Creek Treatment Plant, which uses a multi-barrier process to provide drinking water that meets provincial and national standards.
- Once a customer applies to use the service, the station can be accessed via code, which is provided at the time of subscription.

Temporary Water Use Permit Application
The City of West Kelowna may consider the temporary use of fire hydrants or standpipes for bulk water access when the bulk water station is not a feasible option, outside of fire protection use. This is in accordance with the City's Water Regulation Bylaw.
