Customers encouraged to sign up for e-bill delivery
Date of Issue: Monday, Sept. 29, 2025
With Canada Post workers on strike as of Sept. 25, 2025, City of West Kelowna customers are encouraged to sign up to receive their quarterly utility bills and annual property tax notices electronically to avoid late payments when mail is not being delivered.
City of West Kelowna utility customers are responsible for keeping accounts up to date and making sure payments reach the City by the due date, regardless of any mail service disruption.
Customers can sign up for e-delivery at https://online.westkelownacity.ca. Once registered, the next utility bill or property tax notice will be sent to the email address provided. This secured account will also enable customers to check bills, balances and payments at anytime. Online payments can be made through your financial institution.
For help with utility billing, see information online, email ub.finance@westkelownacity.ca or call 778-797-8850. People can also visit City Hall at 3731 Old Okanagan Highway during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
