Youth invited to wrap up Pop-Ups on the Plaza season with cornhole, DJ and a BBQ

Pop-Ups on the Plaza is not over yet! We are closing out the season with a special Youth Cornhole Night for middle and high school students.

Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on the plaza at City Hall for a fun, free evening of games, music, food and giveaways. This event also provides a space for youth to learn about local programs and resources that support mental health and well-being.

The Westside Youth Cornhole Event will feature youth-serving organizations such as the Foundry (Canadian Mental Health Association), Westbank Lions Club, West Kelowna Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club Okanagan, United Way and Westbank First Nation. Stop by their booths to learn more, pick up resources, and grab some swag and giveaway items.

Enjoy casual cornhole play hosted by the Kelowna Cornhole League, free BBQ and refreshments, a live DJ, and great prizes, all to celebrate the end of the inaugural season of Pop-Ups on the Plaza.

This free event is open to all youth, especially those in middle and high school. No registration is required, just show up and join the fun!
