Summer sounds return at our free Music in the Park concert series

Join us as we kick off another exciting summer of music, connection, and community at West Kelowna’s Music in the Park concert series! This free, family-friendly Friday night tradition brings talented musicians to the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre stage at Memorial Park, located at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway.

Concert dates and times

The 2025 season starts Friday, June 27 and runs through to Friday, Aug. 22, with concerts taking place every Friday evening (except July 11, due to Westside Daze). Each show runs from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Line-up highlights

Each evening features an emerging artist, opening act, and headliner. The emerging artist takes the stage at approximately 6:40 p.m., the opening act at 7:00 p.m., and the headliner at 8:00 p.m. Please note that set times are subject to change.

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy a relaxing night of live music, right in the heart of our community!

  • Join us for a special drumming workshop hosted by Bobby Bovenzi at 6:15 p.m. and bring your own djembe or come early to use one provided by Nankama.

Join us for our Friday Markets

New this year! The Pop-Ups on the Plaza Friday Market is joining the Music in the Park experience. Come early to explore local artisans, fresh produce, and handmade goods before the music begins. Find the market on the Plaza at City Hall, right above the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre stage at Memorial Park, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Catch the Friday Market on July 18, Aug. 8 and 22.

On-site fun and food

Come early to enjoy the Fun Zone, hosted by West Kelowna Recreation and Culture, with games and activities for all ages. A variety of food trucks will also be on-site each week offering delicious local eats and beverages.

Parking information

Free parking is available in several locations, including Carrington Court (Westbank First Nation) and at the corner of Old Okanagan Highway and Ingram Road. A parking map is available at westkelownacity.ca/musicinthepark.

Concert postponement

If a concert needs to be postponed due to extreme weather, poor air quality, or emergencies, notice will be shared by 6:30 p.m. on event day via the City’s official social media channels.
