Rock the night away: LIPS close out Music in the Park
Date of Issue: Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025
You can’t always get what you want… but sometimes you do get what you need!
While we couldn’t give you what we wanted when rain forced us to cancel LIPS, we did get what you need — a rescheduled, two-set show of LIPS: The Ultimate Rolling Stones Experience to close out the Music in the Park season in style!
Join us Friday, Aug. 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre for a night full of classic hits, iconic costumes, and pure Rolling Stones swagger. The free, family-friendly event takes place at the scenic Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre at Memorial Park, located at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway.
LIPS will deliver two high-energy sets, giving fans twice the chance to dance, sing along, and relive the golden era of rock and roll. The show kicks off earlier at 6:30 p.m., with no emerging artist, just nonstop Rolling Stones energy all evening long!
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and get ready to rock out under the stars with an unforgettable night of live music in the heart of our community!
