Have your say on community safety and well-being in West Kelowna

Date of Issue: Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025

The City of West Kelowna is developing its first-ever Community Safety and Well-Being Plan and we want to hear from you.

This important initiative will help shape a safer, more inclusive, and connected community for everyone who lives, works, and plays in West Kelowna. The Community Safety and Well-Being Plan will guide how the City and its partners address key social issues, strengthen local supports, and enhance community well-being over the long term.

We’re inviting residents, community organizations and businesses to share their experiences, ideas and priorities to help identify what matters most to our community’s safety and well-being.

Public engagement is open until Friday, Nov. 21, 2025.

How to get involved

Visit OurWK.ca/communitysafetyplan to learn more and complete the survey. Your input will help set the foundation for goals and actions that reflect the needs and values of West Kelowna.

Together, we can build a community where everyone feels safe, supported and connected.
