Bylaw Compliance officers happy to help seven days a week

The City of West Kelowna is enhancing Bylaw Compliance response, extending customer service hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week until Sept. 30.

Previously, the City enhanced Bylaw customer service from Victoria Day through Labour Day to address increased summer call volumes; then hours would return to 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. However, as the City continues to grow and requests for Bylaw Compliance increase beyond summer months, staffing is being incrementally enhanced to meet demands and ensure quality service.
