The Lakeview Heights Community Hall is now open, so stay tuned for more information.

Lakeview Heights Community Hall provides space for programs, group meetings and private rentals. The facility is also home to the Lakeview Heights Tennis Club.

Courts & Sportbox (Seasonal: opens mid March and closes mid November weather dependent).

Pickleball courts - Three courts available to the public at all times
Tennis courts - Eight lighted courts with two available to the public at all times (courts 7 & 8)
Sportbox – basketball and hockey

Rental Rates

Rental Rates vary based on the time used, which amenities are required and whether it's a commercial or non-commercial booking.

Serving Alcohol

If Alcohol is being served, you must apply for a BC Special Event Permit and provide the office with a copy of your Permit prior to your event.

Insurance Requirements

A minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance is required for all rentals.
Your event can be added to an existing policy by having the City of West Kelowna added as an additional insured and providing us with a copy.
You may also purchase your event insurance online through MIABC. Visit miabc.eventpolicy.ca for more information.
