North Room & South Room

• Two Rooms available (North and South):
  • Capacity: 55 guests in each room 
  • Dividing wall can connect the North and South rooms for a total capacity of 110 guests   
• Wall mounted TV's in each room

  • Full inventory of dishes and cutlery

Rental Rates 

• Rental Rates vary based on the time used, which amenities are required and whether it's a commercial or non-commercial booking. 
  

Serving Alcohol 

• If Alcohol is being served, you must apply for a BC Special Event Permit and provide the office with a copy of your Permit prior to your event. 
  

Insurance Requirements 

• A minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance is required for all rentals.
• Your event can be added to an existing policy by having the City of West Kelowna added as an additional insured and providing us with a copy. 
• You may also purchase your event insurance online through MIABC. Visit miabc.eventpolicy.ca for more information.
