• Rental Rates vary based on the time used, which amenities are required and whether it's a commercial or non-commercial booking.
  

• If Alcohol is being served, you must apply for a BC Special Event Permit and provide the office with a copy of your Permit prior to your event.
  

• A minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance is required for all rentals.
• Your event can be added to an existing policy by having the City of West Kelowna added as an additional insured and providing us with a copy.
• You may also purchase your event insurance online through MIABC. Visit miabc.eventpolicy.ca for more information.
