Building, Business & Development

The Building Department administers the City of West Kelowna's Building, Zoning, Safe Premises and Sign Bylaws and oversees building permits and inspections.

The Planning and Development Department strives to make the application process efficient and create positive experiences for customers.

Staff work closely with applicants to ensure projects and proposals meet high standards, complement their surroundings and meet bylaw and policy guidelines.
