Join us for fun, food, games, activities and more for National Public Works Week (NPWW) at Public Works Family Fun Day Event on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City of West Kelowna's Operations Centre at 2515 Bartley Road, West Kelowna.

Every day, public works professionals work behind the scenes to keep our communities safe, clean, and running smoothly. Join us in thanking our staff who maintain and modernize our community to make West Kelowna a great place to live, work and play.

This free event is open to everyone!

Come meet staff and learn about everything that the various different public works departments do:

• Fleets
• Parks
• And more!

Event highlights include:

• Special scavenger hunt with a chance to win a prize!
• Kids' activity zones with a chance to see the City equipment.
• Meet-and-greets with City staff.
• Free food and refreshments with the Kal-Tire Car-BQ!
