Elvis Presley tribute coming to Music in the Park this Friday

Grab your lawn chairs, bring your friends and family, and join us at Music in the Park this Friday, Aug. 14 for a free evening of soft rock under the summer sky at the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre in Memorial Park. Come early and check out Pop-Ups on the Plaza Friday Market from 3 to 8 p.m.

7 – 9 p.m. - Johnny Elvis – Tribute to Elvis Presley

Celebrate the music of a legendary artist at Music in the Park on August 14! Johnny Elvis will bring the unforgettable energy, charisma, and the classic hits of Elvis Presley on stage for a night of rock ’n’ roll favourites. Enjoy an evening of timeless entertainment under the summer sky.

Music in the Park details

Music in the Park runs every Friday until Aug. 28. Each show runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and usually features an emerging artist, opening act, and headliner. The emerging artist takes the stage at approximately 6:40 p.m., the opening act at 7 p.m., and the headliner at 8 p.m. Please note that set times are subject to change.

On-site fun and food

Families can also enjoy the Fun Zone, hosted by West Kelowna Recreation and Culture, featuring games and activities for all ages. A variety of food trucks will be on site each week serving local food and beverages.

Concert postponement

Due to an increase in poor air quality, we advise attendees to check back on the City of West Kelowna’s social media channels for any cancellation notifications. If a concert needs to be postponed or cancelled, notice will be shared by 6:30 p.m. on event day.

Parking information

Free parking is available in several locations, including Carrington Court, courtesy of Westbank First Nation, and at the corner of Old Okanagan Highway and Ingram Road. A parking map is available at westkelownacity.ca/musicinthepark.
