The Rose Valley Water Treatment Plant (RVWTP) is a state-of-the-art facility that produces safe, clean drinking water via a multi-barrier process as required under federal and provincial guidelines.
It was completed in December of 2023 and is the single largest construction project the City of West Kelowna has ever undertaken.
