Easter Eggstravaganza - April

Advance Registration Required. PLEASE NOTE - THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!

Enjoy a morning of fun! Sign up the kiddos to enjoy some themed games, hunt down some eggs, visit the Easter Bunny, snuggle some baby chicks and leave with a goodie bag.

• For children 10 years and under

The West Kelowna Art Exhibition is a two-day celebration of local artistic talent with a variety of techniques and mediums on display.

Come out to view over 20 artists. Their talents and works feature an impressive range of media and techniques. Paintings, pottery, metalwork and wood carvings will be on display during the two-day event. There will also be a 'People Choice' contest during the event.

• The exhibition is FREE to attend and most artwork will be available for purchase.

Peruse the Parks - May

THE HUNT IS ON! Visit the various parks from May 1 - 26 and track down those hidden symbols.

• Check back here starting April 26 to download your score card and start exploring again!
• Bring some helpers and make sure to keep track of your findings.
• There will be lots of great prize draws again this year, so be sure to hand in your score card by May 31 to recreation@westkelownacity.ca to enter the draw.

*Please note: You do not need to find every symbol to enter the draw!

Music in the Park - Summer 

Our 2025 Music in the Park schedule will be released in May 2025.

Music in the Park is a family friendly, free summer concert that takes place Friday nights at Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre in Memorial Park.

• Are you an artist interested in performing at one of the shows? Creative Okanagan produces and curates talent for this event and applications are accepted year round.

Pop-Ups on the Plaza - Summer

FREE community events and activities coming this summer to the PLAZA at City Hall. The Pop-Ups on the Plaza schedule will be released in May. Check back then!

• Pop-Ups on the Plaza is brought to you by the City of West Kelowna and Visit Westside.

Light Up - December

Light Up, the brightest City event of the year, will return to Westbank Centre on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025.

Thank you to everyone who attended 2024's Light Up event and a BIG thank you to all the community groups and volunteers who help make this event a success.
