Council accepted the 2021 Audited Financial Statements, which confirm the city’s revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities and reserves for the year ending December 31, 2021.
2021 Annual Report
The 2021 Annual Report is now available for public review and is scheduled to receive Council approval at the June 28 Council meeting. The Annual Report highlights the programs, services and projects that the City delivered for our community in our most recent full operating year. The Annual Report will also include:

- Grants in Aid and permissive tax exemptions

Annual Reports provide a transparent accounting of the city's fiscal position and its performance measures and highlights from the past full operating year in the delivery of programs, projects and services. The requirements of annual reporting are set out in Part 4, Division 5, Sections 98 and 99 of the Community Charter. The Annual Report must include:
