The Draft 2024 Annual Report, which contains the Year in Review and the 2024 Audited Financial Statements, is available for public review by clicking on the image to the left or you can download a copy.
The Annual Report provides a summary of the activities and accomplishments that support moving our community forward. As a rapidly growing and vibrant city, we have made significant progress to address infrastructure needs of our community and deliver programs and services, guided by Council’s Strategic Priorities.
Check out the draft report online at westkelownacity.ca/annualreport and share your comments with Council by emailing communications@westkelownacity.ca before the close of our public feedback period at 4:00 p.m. June 23.
City staff will present the Annual Report to Council for final consideration at the June 24 Regular Council Meeting, which starts at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 3731 Old Okanagan Highway. To watch the live webcast, visit westkelownacity.ca/webcasts.
In addition to highlighting our programs, services and project achievements for the last full operating year, the Annual Report also provides the City’s permissive tax exemptions, grants in aid and Audited Financial Statements.
Paper copies can also be made in advance by calling 778-797-1000 to arrange pick up.

Annual Reports provide a transparent accounting of the city's fiscal position and its performance measures and highlights from the past full operating year in the delivery of programs, projects and services. The requirements of annual reporting are set out in Part 4, Division 5, Sections 98 and 99 of the Community Charter. The Annual Report must include:
