We are turning up the tunes for the last two Music in the Park concerts of the season!
Join us on Aug. 18 and Aug. 25 for the final shows of the summer from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the beautiful setting of the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre at Memorial Park at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway.
This Friday, take in an evening of folk, pop and country rock as the Kailee McGuire Trio hits the stage as the opening act. Headlining local band Rhindress will keep you dancing with their country, blues, rock, folk and Celtic songs inspired by their travels across Canada.
Emerging artist Libby Reis will hit the stage at approximately 6:40 p.m., followed by the opening act at 7:00 p.m. and the headliner at 8:00 p.m.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets, and settle in to enjoy an evening of live music. Grab a bite to eat or an ice cold drink at one of the food trucks. Stay cool by seeking one of our shade locations or bring an umbrella. Drop by the Fun Zone for games and activities that all ages can enjoy, hosted by West Kelowna Recreation and Culture.
Main parking is available on Westbank First Nation lands off Carrington Court and at the corner of Old Okanagan Highway and Ingram Road.
City crews are continuing active transportation, stormwater and lighting upgrades on Old Okanagan Highway from Dobbin Road to Ingram Road. Street parking along Old Okanagan Highway will not be available.
