Help shape our city by sharing your thoughts on the Draft 2024 Budget and Council’s Strategic Priorities!

From now until Feb. 9, join us to review the Five-Year Financial Plan, the Draft 2024 Budget and provide feedback on Council’s 2022 - 2026 Strategic Priorities: Annual Review 2024.

This year's draft budget forecasts at a 6.85 per cent tax rate increase. Your continued input is needed to guide the investments and operations in West Kelowna as the budget process proceeds.

Throughout the budgeting process, the City is continually challenged to maintain existing service levels while addressing the demand for new and affordable priorities, programs and services that come with rapid growth.

Developing the budget sometimes involves making difficult decisions. Council wants to hear from our community to help shape investment decisions as they continue to govern with fiscal responsibility today and in the future.

We invite our community to drop by one of two open houses to learn more and become involved:

Open House #1:
