Another line up of amazing talent and terrific music will close out the 2019 Music in the Park Season this Friday and you will not want to miss it!
Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne headlines the final concert of summer at West Kelowna’s spectacular Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre in Memorial Park! The Blues Boss blends blues, boogie-woogie and jazz and gets audiences tapping their feet with decades of award winning hits that he has performed around the globe. The Boogie Woogie Piano Hall of Fame inducted Wayne into their ranks in 2017. The Blues Boss hits the stage at 8:00 p.m.
Opening act Black Cat Soul uses modern and classic influences to create a great smooth blues and jazz performance that keeps audiences bopping to the beat. Husband and wife duo James Bay are up front on vocals and guitar; Betty Goodcare adds vocal talent and percussion to the mix; and Chris Standford and Jay Dallamore create energy with upright and electric bass and drums. Black Cat Soul performs at 7:00 p.m.
Emerging artist Countessa gets the evening started at 6:40.

- Kona Ice of Central Okanagan - shaved ice
- Dosa Crepes - savory and sweet crepes
- Peter Ze German - bratwurst, grilled cheese, schnitzel, salad
- Nomadic Bannock - bannock, Indian tacos, chili
