The City of West Kelowna wishes everyone a safe and happy Easter holiday weekend.
City programs and essential services will be available, and administrative offices will be closed, from Friday, April 3 to Monday, April 6, 2026. Offices will reopen by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7.
For essential services and emergencies:
- Water, sewer and drainage emergencies: Call 778-797-2246.
- Bylaw enforcement (urgent matters): Contact West Kelowna RCMP non-emergency line at 250-768-2880.
- Non-urgent inquiries can be left at 778-797-8810 and will be returned on the next business day.
- Garbage, recycling and yard waste will be collected as scheduled, with no changes to collection days; the Asquith Road Transfer station will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. during the long weekend.
- Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule on Friday, April 3. Regular service will resume Saturday, April 4 through Monday, April 6.
