The City of West Kelowna wishes everyone a happy and safe Canada Day long weekend!
On Friday, June 27, take in our first Music in the Park concert of the summer. These family-friendly, free concerts run every Friday evening, starting June 27, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre at Memorial Park at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. The concert series takes one short break Friday, July 11 for the great line-up of Westside Daze concerts that weekend and will then be back on July 18 to continue our Friday night concert series until Aug. 22.
Canada Day long weekend community-held events
- Saturday, June 28, 2025
- Join the Westbank Museum and over 30 cultural community groups and community partners at this year's Westside Multiculturalism Day on Saturday, June 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre and Memorial Park at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. This is a free, family-friendly event celebrating the diversity of the Greater Westside!
- Tuesday, July 1, 2025
- Celebrate Canada Day with concerts, cupcakes and more. The volunteer-run Westside Celebration Society has scheduled a full day of free festivities on Tuesday, July 1 at Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre and Memorial Park, next to Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. - The City is a proud participant and sponsor of the day's festivities, but please contact the society if you have questions about the event.
- The Westside Daze Drone Show will be held in place of fireworks, on Saturday, July 12, 2025, as other nearby communities hold fireworks on Canada Day.
