The City of West Kelowna wishes everyone a happy and safe Canada Day long weekend!
On Friday, June 28, Ben Klick headlines our first free Music in the Park concert of the summer. These family-friendly, concerts run every Friday evening, starting June 28, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre at Memorial Park at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. The concert series takes one short break Friday, July 12 for the great line-up of Westside Daze concerts that weekend and then will be back on July 19 to continue our Friday night concert series until Aug. 23.
On Saturday, June 29, the community is invited to the official opening of the new City Hall/Library Building, at 3731 Old Okanagan Hwy, West Kelowna.
The free official opening festivities, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., will include a barbecue, refreshments, kids activities, music and more. We hope to see you there!

- Join the Westbank Museum and over 30 cultural community groups and community partners at this year's Westside Multiculturalism Day on Saturday, June 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre and Memorial Park at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. This is a free, family-friendly event celebrating the diversity of the Greater Westside!

- Celebrate Canada Day with concerts, cupcakes and more. The volunteer-run Westside Celebration Society has scheduled a full day of free festivities on Saturday, July 1 at Annette Beaudreau Amphitheatre and Memorial Park, next to Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre at 3737 Old Okanagan Highway. - A Westside Daze Drone Show, brought to you by FireSmart BC, will be held in place of fireworks, during Westside Daze on July 13, 2024 as other nearby communities hold fireworks on Canada Day.

- Get active at the Boucherie pickleball courts
- Hike Kalamoir, Glen Canyon and Goats Peak Regional Parks
- Wheel and roll around the Skateboard Park in Memorial Park
