Council adopted the 2025–2029 Financial Plan Bylaw, with a 7.31 per cent municipal tax increase to support operations, service enhancements in public safety and technology, and capital improvements in parks, transportation, and infrastructure.
Reminder: municipalities are no longer able to accept any home owner grant applications.
All home owner grants must now be claimed directly through the Province of BC home owner grant program online or by phone.

A permissive tax exemption is available for qualifying West Kelowna based, registered not-for-profit organizations using property for municipal, recreational, religious, cultural or charitable purposes.
