A roll of all West Kelowna properties subject to a parcel tax in 2023 is prepared and available for inspection here.
An owner of property included on the Parcel Tax Roll may request an amendment by applying in writing to the City before the close of business on Friday, April 14 at 4:30 p.m.
A property owner may only request an amendment on one or more of the following grounds:
- An error or omission of a name or address on the parcel tax roll.
- An error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel.
- An error or omission respecting the charge levied.
- An improperly allowed or disallowed exemption.
The Parcel Tax Review Panel, consisting of three Council members, will convene on Tuesday, April 18 at 5:45 p.m., at 2760 Cameron Road, in Council Chambers, to hear requests and make corrections to and authenticate the roll.
All property owners who file written complaints to the panel will be notified in writing of the panel 's decision. If you have any questions regarding the Parcel Tax Roll, contact us at taxes@westkelownacity.ca.
