What is CityView Portal?

• Development application management/tracking system
• Used by Building, Planning, and Subdivision departments
• Provides online access to development applications for the general public as well as applicants & agents
• Provides the ability to view current application locations through WestMap, the City's interactive mapping system

How you can use it 

General public

• Find out information about a particular application
• See when Council meetings are scheduled for Planning applications
• Sign up for Community notification

Applicant/agent

• Upload documents to your application
• See documents pertaining to your application
• Check the status of your application
• See when Council meetings are scheduled for your Planning application
• Request an inspection for your building permit
• See which building permit inspections are complete or outstanding

How Development Services uses it

• Application management/tracking system
• Mobile building inspections - send Inspection Reports by email
• More transparency in the process of applications
• Easier access to information related to applications
