Snow and ice control are continuing around the clock, on City of West Kelowna streets, as crews manage challenging conditions caused by recurring snowfall and arctic outflows that have persisted during the past two weeks. Please be respectful to crews and staff; the City appreciates your patience and understanding as roads, sidewalks and bus stops are being maintained in priority order.

Crews on scene of water main break in West Kelowna Estates

This evening at approximately 9 p.m., the City of West Kelowna utility crews responded to a water main break located along the 1600 block on Scott Crescent and continue to be on site isolating the leak and securing the site for the night in advance of preparing for repairs in the morning.
Some customers of the West Kelowna Estates Service Area in 1400, 1500 and 1600 blocks of Scott Crescent and customers on Griffiths Place or in the Diamond View subdivision...
