The City of West Kelowna reminds customers in the Rose Valley Water Treatment Plant Service Area that they will see planned utility billing and property tax adjustments this spring for the completed treatment plant and connecting transmission mains project.
There is no change to the January utility bill as this covers usage from the last quarter of 2025.

The City of West Kelowna is developing its first-ever Community Safety and Well-Being Plan and we want to hear from you.
The first round of engagement completed in fall 2025 gained a better understanding of community experiences, concerns, and aspirations related to safety and well-being in West Kelowna.
