West Kelowna residents who received a 2019 Citizen Survey in the mail are encouraged to return their completed forms to City Hall by this Friday, June 28 at 4 p.m. to ensure their voices are heard.

Residents who started the online version of the survey, but did not complete it, also have until this Friday at 4 p.m. to finish the questionnaire.

Property Owners Reminded of Tax Due Date

Tax notices went out at the end of May to more than 14,000 property owners within the City of West Kelowna and payments are now due. The deadline to pay is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 2.

Any taxes owing, not paid by the close of business July 2, are subject to a 10% penalty.

Notice of Blasting at Upper Vineyard Estates

The City of West Kelowna has issued a new blasting permit for residential development in Upper Vineyard Estates.

The permit allows T & A Rockworks to continue works approved under previous permits. Permits expire after six months, requiring the applicant to reapply to the City if blasting is still required.
