On Friday, Nov. 6, before noon, Glenrosa Road will reopen to motorists and the detour along McIver/McQueen/McGinnis will no longer be required. The $5.95 million multi-use infrastructure improvements on Glenrosa Road, from Glen Abbey Place to McGinnis Road, will be finished ahead of schedule.
