West Kelowna Council has passed a resolution that will be sent to the Ministry of Finance as part of continued efforts to have the city removed from the Speculation and Vacancy Tax (SVT).

Leap Year Deadline for Saving on Dog Licenses

The countdown is on for Central Okanagan dog owners to save on dog license fees for 2020.
This Saturday, February 29th is the last day they can renew or purchase a new license for the rate of $20 for a dog that’s spayed or neutered or $60 if it isn’t. Starting March 1st, regular annual fees of $40 and $80 apply.
