The City of West Kelowna’s first public hearing during the COVID-19 pandemic will occur on May 26, 2020 at City Hall (for individual speakers only), and beside City Hall at the Royal LePage Place arena for those waiting to speak. Evening Closure Planned for Spring Spruce Up on Boucherie Road

Crews will close Boucherie Road, between Hayman and Hudson Roads, Wednesday, May 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. to put up hanging baskets and continue spring maintenance.
The work will require a full closure of the road, bike lanes and sidewalks to motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. Crews will maintain access for emergency vehicles, residents living within the immediate work area, buses and transit users.

The City of West Kelowna has cancelled the 2020 schedule for Music in the Park to adhere to the restrictions of no large group gatherings as directed by BC’s Provincial Health Officer.

The City of West Kelowna, in consultation with Interior Health Authority, is issuing a Water Quality Advisory for the Lakeview/Rose Valley System, effective immediately and until further notice, due to high turbidity. This new Water Quality Advisory is in addition to the ones issued in the West Kelowna Estates and Sunnyside/Pritchard Systems.
