Traffic Advisory: Hudson Road temporarily closed for restoration work

Crews must temporarily close Hudson Road, between Guidi and Concord Roads, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 19 for additional restoration work following last week’s emergency water main break and repairs.
Transit will be detoured on Wednesday, Feb. 19, causing service delays on two routes: Lakeview 20 and Bear Creek 29.

Get ready to celebrate! Our annual Light Up event is this Friday, Dec. 6.
On Friday, Dec. 6, Brown Road will temporarily close from 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., between Gossett Road and Main Street, for the event. The Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Stations in the Westbank Lions Community Centre east parking lot, accessed off Brown Road, will also be closed during this time.

Boucherie Road temporarily closed for summer maintenance

On Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., crews will close Boucherie Road between Hayman and Stuart Roads to conduct summer maintenance.
Crews will:
- Clean catch basins and medians
- Fix irrigation lines
- Mow, trim, prune and weed
- Repair potholes
- Sweep streets and sidewalks

Beginning later this week, a temporary traffic pattern change is scheduled to go into effect on Shannon Lake Road as crews begin roundabout construction as part of the Shannon Lake Road Active Transportation Corridor Project.

Beginning next week, a temporary traffic pattern change is scheduled to go into effect on Shannon Lake Road as crews complete stormwater upgrades as part of the Shannon Lake Road Active Transportation Corridor Project.
