The City of West Kelowna, in consultation with Interior Health, is issuing a Water Quality Advisory, until further notice, for the West Kelowna Estates Service Area due to higher than normal turbidity at the Okanagan Lake intake due to freshet.

The City of West Kelowna, in consultation with Interior Health, has rescinded the Water Quality Advisory for the Pritchard-Sunnyside Water System. The City issued the advisory Jan. 13, 2021 due to turbidity issues, near the Okanagan Lake intake, related to a severe windstorm.
The City thanks users for their patience while crews conducted sampling and testing and received all mandatory laboratory confirmations necessary to rescind the Water Quality Advisory.
