Advisory Planning Commission

About the Commission

The Advisory Planning Commission (APC) has been established to provide feedback to City of West Kelowna Council and staff on matters respecting land use, community planning, and proposed bylaws and certain permits under Part 26 of the Local Government Act.

Examples include matters relating to Official Community Plan Amendments, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, and Temporary Commercial and Industrial Use Permits in the City of West Kelowna.
